Student Survey

You are about to take a student survey of how you see your school. The survey will take only a few minutes to complete. The results of this survey are very important and will help in planning for your school. It is very important that you answer each item on the survey according to exactly how you believe about this school. Otherwise, the results will not really show how students view the school. No one will see your answers to the questions. The answers for all the students will be combined to show what students in this school believe. You are not required to take the survey. You may stop at any time. Remember, we need to know what you believe so we can improve the school.
